A unique Swiss 18K gold open faced minute repeating lever pocket watch, circa 1901. Retailed by Tiffany & Co. Comes with the original presentation box and an Extract from the Archives.
Plain case with a polychrome enamelled nobleman’s escutcheon on the back. Dome with the dedication 1902 sent to Mr C. de Heredia. Very fine Patek Philippe precision lever movement, repeating the minutes. Original white enamel dial with an extremely rare Tiffany signature, Arabic hours, outer minute divisions and blued steel hands. The watch comes in a special three-part original wooden box with a gold monogram C DE H. The case and movement with matching numbers.
