A fine Swiss 18K gold and enamel keyless cylinder lady’s pendant watch, circa 1880. Polished bezel and band, the back set with a painted on enamel portrait of Marie Antoinette in an engraved border, a translucent royal blue enamel ground with applied engraved gold foliage and flowers. Hinged gold engine-turned cuvette. White enamel dial, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and Arabic five-minute numerals and blued steel hands. A matte gilt movement, eight jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, cylinder escapement, three-arm balance with blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator.
