French gold, enamel watch with Napoleon portrait Circa 1800

An unique and very precious gold/enamel verge watch with Napoleon portrait, presumably Napoleon’s present watch by Breguet a Paris, circa 1800/1810. An 18 carat Gold, both sides enameled, finest painting on the back, portrait of Napoleon on the blue engine turned enamel, surrounded by gold stars and fine half pearls, case maker’s punch JS with crown, unusual verge movement with silver application, letter “N” (for Napoleon), diamond roses, plate signed Breguet a Paris, signed and very well preserved enamel dial, Breguet steel hands, in working order, old watch box from Swedish jeweler. The watch works well and is in very nice condition, only very fine repairs on the edge area of the enamel. It is probably a precious gift of Napoleon for a special occasion.
