A fine Swiss 18K gold, painted-on enamel and pearl-set lady’s pendant watch, circa 1810. An Empire case, pearl-set bezel, reeded band, the back set with a painted on enamel panel of cupid in the branches of a tree playing the flute, royal blue and pearl-set border, outer pearl-set border. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer dot minute track, winding aperture at 2 and blued steel Breguet hands. Matte gilt, full plate movement, fusee and chain, verge escapement, three-arm brass balance, flat balance spring, continental pierced and engraved balance cock, steel endpiece, silver regulation dial.
