An important French 18 carat yellow gold five minute repeating chronograph pocket watch, circa 1900. With five minutes repeater pocket watch on two steel gongs by two hammers activated by the slide located on the case band at 6 o’clock. The case is autographed inside to Paul Moulins and monogrammed PM on the cover. Two tone guilloché gold dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary dial at 6 o’clock. A frosted and gilt movement, 31 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold poising and timing screws. The dial and case are signed.
