A fine, very slim Swiss, 18K gold, keyless minute repeating dress pocket watch by Patek Philippe & Cie. Genève, circa 1910. With extra movement and an 18K gold articulated short chain. Minute Repeating pocket watch made for Tiffany & Co. The back engraved with a monogram. Hinged gold cuvette with dedication. Matte solid gold dial with champlevé black Breguet numerals, outer minute track and subsidiary seconds, blued steel spade hands.

Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 29 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, minute repeating on gongs activated by a slide in the band. Dial signed Tiffany & Co., movement signed, Case made for Tiffany & Co., by Patek Philippe & Co., Switzerland.
