The movement is functioning well, with the hours appearing to jump in sync. There are some light surface scuffs and scratches. The dial has been cleaned, although it does exhibit a few light scratches. The minute hand appears oddly shaped, suggesting it may be a replacement. The case has small marks and scratches throughout. There is noticeable rubbing and wear to the engine-turned decoration, particularly towards the edges of the case back and the bezel. The case back bears the Neuchâtel control mark for 1820-1866.
