A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold minute repeating keyless pocket watch, circa 1919. Accompanied by a copy of the Patek Philippe register confirming its sale to Carter Bros, 1920. A polished case, hinged gold cuvette with engraved initials. Champagne dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial and blued steel pear hands. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 29 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to eight positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Dial, case and movement signed.
