An important Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keywind pocket watch, circa 1830. Gilt, frosted bridge movement, pin wheel escapement, brass escape wheel with steel pins, three armed brass balance, blued balance spring. Gold cuvette. Case with engraved rocaille decoration, florally engraved edges. Silver dial with Roman numerals, florally engraved center and arrow shaped hands.
