A Swiss 18K gold hunting cased quarter repeating chronograph, circa 1910. A polished case, a button at 12 for the start/ stop and return-to-zero functions of the chronograph and a hinged case back. White enamel dial with black Arabic numerals, outer minute second, subsidiary track, tachometer scale seconds dial and pink gold Louis XV hands. Frosted gilt movement, 12 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, centrifugal governor, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a push-button in the band at 7. Dial, case and movement signed.
