A unique Patek Philippe pocket watch with an enamelled noble coat of arms and minute repeater, sold to Tiffany with Patek Philippe original box and extract from the archives, circa 1901. An 18K gold, à goutte case, back with an enamelled noble coat of arms, excellent quality, dome with dedication engraving, given to a Mr C. de Heredia 1902, very fine Patek Philippe precision lever movement with minute repeater and Genèva striping, original Patek Philippe enamel dial with extremely rare Tiffany lettering, according to the extract from the archives already made by Patek Philippe, blued steel hands, case and movement with matching numbers, in very beautiful condition, in full working order. The watch comes with a signed original Patek Philippe box and an extract from the archives.
