A large Swiss, 18 carat gold minute repeating hunting cased keyless pocket watch with a chronograph, circa 1910. An engine turned case with polished borders, the front cover with an engraved monogram in a cartouche. Engraved numerals on the border beneath the dial, button at 12 for the start/stop and return to zero functions of the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with prize and technical details. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute track and 1/5th of a second chronograph divisions, subsidiary seconds dial and gold Louis XV hands. Rhodium plated movement, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, visible chronograph work, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
