A fine Swiss gold lever watch with a repoussé and engraved case, circa 1830-1840. This watch features a gilt movement with a lever escapement and an enamel dial. The gold repoussé case is adorned with engravings of a woman tending to her garden. It was made by Vaucher Fréres, as indicated by their signature on the inner case and the marking C LOUP in a scrolled cartouche.
