A fine Swiss Patek Philippe 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever split-seconds chronograph with instantaneous minute register, circa 1910.
28-Jewel nickel finished movement, adjusted for five positions, temperature and isochronism, counterpoised escapement, bimetallic balance with blued overcoiled spring, whiplash precision regulator, pendant set, chronograph work planted on the bridges, start, stop and flyback by a single button in the crown, split by a button in the band, safety lock adjacent crown.
White enamel dial with Arabic chapters, subsidiary continuous seconds, 30-minute register, blued steel Breguet hands, plain concealed hinge case with cuvette – movement, cuvette, case, bow and dial signed Patek, Philippe & Co., Geneva.
