A fine Swiss 18K yellow gold coin watch inserted in a U. S. 20 Dollar gold coin dated 1900, circa 1960. The cash opened with a push-piece, a three-body hinged inner case to the band. Salmon dial with painted indexes and black steel baton hands. An extra-flat, rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to five positions, self-compensating flat balance spring with index regulator. Case and movement signed.
