A rare and extra thin Swiss 18 carat yellow gold manual wind concealed watch set into a U.S. 20 dollar coin made by Rolex in Geneva, circa 1980. The polished case with a snap on back, hinged within a 1900 United States of America 20 dollar coin featuring Lady of Liberty on the front and the bald eagle on the reverse, revealed by pressing the thumbpiece in the milled band. Silver dial with Roman and baton hours, an outer minute track and blued hands. A rhodium plated movement with Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance with five adjustments and self compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
