18 carat gold plain case with all 3 lids solid gold. Omega precision lever movement with screwed gold chatons and fine adjusting device; nickel-plated export edition with decoration. Rare enamel dial in very beautiful condition with Art Nouveau numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 and pink gold hands.
