An 18 carat gold, hunting cased watch with three gold lids, dome inscribed “Repetition A Minutes-Systeme Perfectionne”, Swiss lever movement repeating hours, quarters and minutes; ratchet wheel chronograph, very well preserved enamel dial and original hands.
