A very fine very rare and elegant 22 Carat gold lady’s keyless pendant watch concealed in a United States Twenty Dollar coin dated 1911. Accompanied by an 18 carat gold chain and made by Patek Philippe, Genève, circa 1960. Five body case of which the coin opens with a push piece concealed in the band and with a hinged inner case with polished bezel.
Satine gold dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track and black oxidized gold baton hands. Rhodium plated movement with Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to five positions, blued steel balance spring and an index regulator.
Dial, case and movement signed.
