Gold hunting cased watch with chain

A Swiss lever in a gold full hunter case and gold chain, hallmarked Birmingham circa 1926. Gilt split three-quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel micrometer regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement, screwed in jewelling. Signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, and blue steel hands. Plain 9-carat full hunter Dennison case, gold cuvette. Maker’s mark ‘ALD’ in a rectangle. 9-carat gold Albert with spring clips at the ends and a sliding ‘T’ bar, length 340 mm.
