A Swiss 18 carat pink gold, enamel and pearl set open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1889. The manual wind jewelled nickel movement with a moustache lever escapement and cut bimetallic compensation balance. White enamel dial with blue Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost gold five minute numerals and stylized hands. The case with a polychrome enamel scene on the back depicting a young couple courting in a landscape, both bezels highlighted with split pearls and an 18 carat pink gold cuvette.
Dial and case signed, movement numbered.
