Brushed silver dial with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals and pyramidal indexes, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds and yellow gold Breguet hands. A matte gilt movement, punched twice with the Besançon Observatory quality mark for chronometer standard, wolf’s tooth winding, 17 jewels, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial and cuvette signed.

Diameter: 49.5 mm

–
The dial is slightly scratched.

Twenty Century Breguet watches were usually submitted for testing at the Observatoire de Besançon rather than in Geneva. The present watch is not only of chronometer standard but also has a beautiful dial and is in excellent original condition.
