A Swiss platinum and gold open faced pocket watch in a contract case made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1920. The manual wind jewelled movement with a lever escapement. Platinum dial with applied yellow gold Arabic hour numerals, outer dot indexes for the minutes, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and fine hands. The plain platinum case with a gold band and foliate engraved bow, and a solid snap-on back. Dial and movement signed.
