A fine Swiss platinum open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1930. Accompanied by a platinum and pearl chain. A slim, polished Empire case with the gold inlaid monogram SSK on the back. Silvered dial, applied gold Arabic numerals, outer minute ring and gold cubiste hands. Nickel movement by Touchon & Co, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with a blued steel flat balance spring. Dial signed Tiffany & Co Switzerland, movement signed Touchon for Tiffany.
