A Swiss platinum open faced pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1915. The manual wind nickel lever movement is marked Special. Silvered dial with applied Arabic hour numerals, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and gilt Breguet hands. The later associated brushed case with a hinged back and hinged platinum cuvette. Dial and movement signed by the watchmaker, the movement additionally signed by the retailer and the case signed AWC Co.
