A Swiss very fine and rare Patek Philippe pocket watch with rare 5 minute repeater and box, made for Spaulding & Co., Chicago, circa 1892.
18 carat gold signed plain case. Case and movement numbered with different numbers. High-grade precision lever movement with repeating hours and 5 minutes, Geneva stripes, wolf’s toothing and special balanced lever. Signed enamel dial with red minutes register and red seconds, sunk subsidiary dial for the constant seconds and Louis XV hands.
