A rare Swiss 18 carat gold buttonhole watch studded with green paste stones, circa 1910. Bridge movement with a lever escapement and gold screw compensation balance. A small white enamel dial with black Arabic hour numerals and a red 12, an outer minute track with gold five minute dots and spade hands. The bezel of the plain case is set with green paste stones.
