An elegant Art Nouveau enamel dress watch, made by Eduard Jakob Gübelin SA in Lucerne, Switzerland, circa 1910. The super flat numbered case of this watch was crafted from silver and features a coin rim, is enamelled on both sides and has beautiful guilloché blue enamel on the back. The two coloured, silver and gold dial features an outer minutes and hour track with Arabic hour numerals in cartouches, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and filigree steel hands. The numbered movement is equipped with a lever escapement and manual winding.
