Square watch with hinged lid that can be used as a stand

A patented rare square pocket watch, made by Omega SA in Biel, Switzerland, circa 1910. The numbered open faced case of this watch was crafted from silver and has a back with a hinged engine turned lid that can also be used as a stand. The white enamel dial has Arabic hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and gold hands. The movement has a lever escapement.
Case and movement have matching numbers and the dial, cuvette and movement are signed.
