A Swiss 18k yellow gold, enamel and diamond set open faced watch, circa 1870, nickel lever movement, glazed cuvette.
Black enamel dial, white Roman numerals spaced by periwinkle fleurs-de-lys, outer periwinkle Arabic numerals for minutes, Louis XVI-style hands, bezels enhanced by white enamel ornamentation, the reverse with ‘RTS’ monogram set with numerous rose cut diamonds, case, dial and movement signed Tiffany & Co., Geneva, with an 18k gold brooch set with black enamel and identical monogram.
