Silver hunting lever lady’s watch

A Swiss silver, painted on enamel lady’s pocket watch, circa 1890. Made for the Chinese market. The front cover painted on enamel with a portrait of a lady, red translucent enamel on a guilloche background, and florally engraved bezels. Three quarter white enamel dial with gold paillon floral decoration, small dial with radial Roman numerals, outer gold paillon minute divisions, aperture at the left for the visible escapement and gilt Louis XV hands. A rhodium plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, the mainspring housed in a large barrel mounted on the backplate, eight day going, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, flat balance spring, and an index regulator. Dial and movement signed.
