A Swiss gentleman’s quarter repeating pocket watch with chronograph and polychrome tachy scale, circa 1890.
Frosted, gilt 1/2 plate movement with finely ground chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, two hammers/two gongs, and screw compensation balance. Enamel dial with Arabic numerals, concentric tachy scale, outer minutes track with five minutes numerals, Breguet hands, and centre chronograph hand. Polished chromium-plated case.
