A numbered pocket watch with a quality anker chronometer original box, Häfliger Frères, Horlogerie Bijouterie in Lucerne, Switzerland, circa 1890. The numbered case of this watch is crafted from silver and has a monogram on the back and the white enamel dial has Roman five minute- and hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and blued steel hands. The numbered movement a fine anker chronometer escapement, wolf’s toothing, a chronometer balance and a fine adjusting device.
Case and movement have matching numbers and the box is signed.
