A rare, unique and very fine Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced pocket watch with chatelaine, circa 1880. Very fine Geneva cylinder movement. White enamel dial with Roman hours, Arabic minutes and blued steel hands. Case with yellow cabochon quartz to the back. Accompanied by corresponding gold chatelaine yellow cabochon quartz set with brooch and loop to the back.
