A small Swiss 18 Carat gold, turquoise and pearl set open faced verge pocket watch, circa 1830. Gilt full plate fusee movement, finely pierced and engraved bridge cock with garnet endstone, plain three armed gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring and silver regulator dial with gilt indicator. Winding through the engine turned gold dial, white enamel minute ring and cartouches with Arabic numerals and blued steel Breguet hands. Case with pearl set bezels and ribbed middle, matted gold back with applied two colour gold decoration and small turquoise.
