Swiss hunting cased chronograph

A very fine and rare Swiss, 18 carat yellow gold and painted on enamel dress watch, circa 1910. Hunting cased pocket watch with chronograph button in the band, instantaneous 30-minute register and enamel portrait. The cuvette is florally engraved around the portrait. White enamel dial with painted radial Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, two subsidiary dials and gold bâton hands. A gilt brass movement, 21 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding wheels, straight line lever escapement with mustache balance, cut-bimetallic compensation balance wheel with gold screws, blued steel over- coil hairspring. Dial, case and movement are signed.
