Very fine, small Swiss 18K yellow gold and enamel, minute repeating, half hunting cased keyless pocket watch, circa 1888. Accompanied by a copy of the Patek Philippe registers confirming the sale to Rodanet in 1889. A polished case, the front cover with glazed aperture and black enamel radial Roman numerals. A hinged gold cuvette with black enamel and monogram. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds, and blued steel spade hands. Rhodium-plated movement, 16 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
