A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless winding dress watch by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1910. A thin, plain case with a hinged back, the cuvette engraved Fabriqué spécialement pour M. Anfruns Barcelona. A silver enamel dial with bold Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel moon hands. A gilded brass movement with a going barrel, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, compensated balance with gold poising screws and blued steel hairspring with terminal curve. Dial, case and movement are signed.
