A very fine and elegant, keyless, platinum and diamond-set dress pocket watch. Accompanied by a Vacheron Constantin box. Made by Vacheron & Constantin, Genève Circa 1920.
Three-body and brushed case with diamond-set band and bow, inclined bezel, case back engraved with stylized initials AF within an offset lozenge.
Matte silver dial with applied white gold Breguet numerals, outer dot minute divisions and subsidiary seconds. White gold trefoil hands.
Rhodium-plated movement with 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to 8 positions, flat balance spring and an index regulator.
Dial and movement signed.
