A very fine Geneva anker chronometer made by Vacheron & Constantin in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1910. The numbered, hunting cased pocket watch was crafted from 18 carat rose gold and the white enamel dial has Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and rose gold Breguet hands. The numbered movement has an anker chronometer escapement with a particularly large chronometer balance and fine adjustment.
