A heavy Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating astronomical lever pocket watch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and chronograph, circa 1890. Glazed bridge movement, a LeCoultre calibre, two hammers, two gongs and gold screw compensation balance. White enamel dial, Roman hours, outer minute divisions with Arabic five minute numerals, an outermost fifth of a second track, the indication of the months at 12, the date at 3, an aperture for the phases of the moon with concentric subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and the days of the week at 9. A plain case. Case numbered. Comes with the original presentation box.
