A fine French 18 carat gold open faced quarter repeating pocket watch made by Lépine in Paris, circa 1800. The bridge movement with a cylinder escapement, two hammers, two gongs, integrated key winding and a three arm brass balance. The plain case with a reeded band, and plain bezels, pendant and bow. Silver dial with Roman hours on a brushed chapter ring, outer dot minute divisions, an engine turned center and moon hands.
