A fine and heavy English 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating duplex pocket watch, circa 1822. Full plate movement, chain and fusee, two hammers, two gongs and a heavy secondary error compensation balance. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and spade & whip hands. The plain case with maker’s mark FH for Frederick Humbert London. Cuvette signed and numbered, case numbered.
