A heavy German 14 carat gold hunting cased pocket watch, circa 1890/1900. The ¾ plate Glashütte movement with a lever escapement, screwed minute wheel chaton and gold escape wheel. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minute track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, a sunk center and subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, gold Louis XIV hands. A polished case. Dial signed, case and movement with a matching number. Comes with an on-fabric strap chatelaine.
