An American 10 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by the American Waltham Watch Company in Waltham, Massachusetts, circa 1900. The adjusted movement with a Swiss lever escapement and 21 jewels. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minute track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, sunk center, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued spade hands. A polished case. Dial signed Waltham A.W.W.Co., movement signed and numbered, case numbered and stamped B.W.C.Co. for Brooklyn Watch Case Company.
