An American 18 carat gold half hunting cased keyless pocket watch made by the American Waltham Watch Company in Waltham, Massachusetts, circa 1900. The movement with a Swiss lever escapement. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minute track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued double spade hands. A polished hinged case. Dial signed, case numbered and stamped A.B. for Alan Bedford, movement signed and numbered.
