An unusual French chromed open faced inking stopwatch retailed by Chaudé in Paris, circa 1930. The half plate gilt cylinder movement with a plain three arm balance. White enamel face with an outer track calibrated for 60 seconds and fifth of a second divisions, a subsidiary dial for minute recording at 3 o’clock and blued steel inking hands. The polished case with a start/stop button on the side and button for the inking mechanism through the pendant. Comes with a fitted presentation box with ink bottles.
