Heavy gold hunting case watch with detent escapement, chain and fuse, chronometer watchmaker Monnard Geneve, circa 1865.
A 14 carat gold, “à goutte” hunting case, high quality, heavy case, nearly unused, good quality engine turning, original signed and numbered dome.
Fine bar movement with chain and fusee, screwed gold chatons, compensation balance, cylindrical hairspring, very well preserved enamel dial.
Unusual arrow formed golden hand, optically in very good condition, needs an appropriate technical overhaul.
