A Swiss 14 carat gold hunting cased minute repeater made for the Russian market, circa 1890. Nickel plated bridge, ‘fausses côtes’ decoration, very elaborate, probably Swiss, precision movement, anchor escapement with ring shaped balance weight, visible ruby ​​jewels, bimetallic compensation balance and blued Breguet spring, polished steel parts. Minute repetition with two hammers on two gongs. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, decentralized sunk seconds at 6 and gold spade hands. Solid guilloché case.
