A Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond set open faced pendant watch made by Patek in Geneva, circa 1865. The Lépine caliber, bridge movement with a cylinder escapement set with diamonds. The case with a fine coin rim and green engine turned enamel on the back, set with rose cut diamonds. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, outer minute divisions and moon hands. Cuvette signed. Comes with the presumably original sales box.
